Ramen Obsession

Let me tell you, the obsession is real. A bowl of ramen gives me a sense of euphoria with its flavorful hot broth, chewy noodles, and tender meat. Even Shin Ramyun with an added egg prepared on the stove top makes me a happy girl. While the sodium intake may not be the best for me, I can’t resist. When I travel to different cities, I always look up ramen spots to try. I get excited every time a new restaurant opens up in my hometown. I even tried ramen in Iceland. It’s as if one of my life goals is to find the perfect bowl of ramen. Of course, that means I need to make a trip to Japan soon. But for now, I will make do with what I have in the states.
